Soaring Heights is located in the community of Dayspring, in the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg County, in the province of Nova Scotia. Snuggled in the middle of the historic communities of Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Bridgewater and only a 45-minute drive from Halifax this community is centrally located.

First and foremost, Soaring Heights is a private residential aviation community. It was designed to provide pilots the ability to live with their planes and fly from their homes. A lighted 2800-foot private runway is planned to run along the north end of our community and identifies us as a residential airpark. Access to our community will be restricted by gated entrances. The roads, runway, and taxiways are private property and are owned by the community and the Association and its members.

We are now accepting deposits on hanger and home lots for Phase I of this project.

We are also accepting applicants for Hanger Space Rentals. Don't miss out on this opportunity, contact us at now!
